Folger, Jean. "A Day In The Life of A Real Estate Agent. Editorial.Investopedia. N.p., n.d. Web. 5 May 2016. <http://www.investopedia.com/articles/profess ionals/062713/day-life-real-estate-agent.asp>
The main subject of this article was primarily to inform the reader of what an average day looks like in the eyes of a real estate agent. This article was written for individuals that are interested in going into the field of real estate, but are not completely sure if it is right for them. They clear up some of the questions that many interested people usually have. Although each and every day is a completely new experience in itself, there are a few basic things that they deal with on a day-to-day basis. One day may include completing, submitting, and filing real estate documents. Another day may be focused on coordinating appointments, showings, and meetings. One thing that this website did to make this article more comprehensive and easy to understand was use bullets. This helped break down the article so it wasn't just one endless page of text. Also, Headings and different text colors were used to highlight important information. |
Living Life on the edge: Why I love court reporting
Albrecht, Caitlin. " Living Life on the Edge: Why I Love Court Reporting."
Editorial. Paradigm Reporting. N.p. Web. 14 February 2014. <http://paradigmreporting.com/2014/02/17/february-2014-court-reporting-blog/> This article mostly focused on the thoughts of a fairly young woman that has just recently finished her education and certification exam to become a court reporter. She outlined and explained her thoughts and fears as she began this exciting endeavor. This article was written mostly for those that are not sure as to what a court reporter actually does and how they feel mentally whilst on the job. It is almost always fast-paced, and you are presented with new challenges each and every day. Although it is very fast-paced, this only presents you with more opportunities to improve upon skills that you already have. Although this website did not use many special features, it did not have to. The immensely detailed thoughts that she transposed so perfectly onto paper are enough to keep the reader interested. |
